If you have already done some research earlier about plantbased foods, you won’t be surprised about what I am going to tell – eating plantbased diet is literally the first and the most important thing to reverse any kind of illnesses. Plantbased foods are designed for a human body. Increasing your intake of vegetables and fruits helps boost your immune system the natural way. Fruits and vegetables can benefit your immune system in several ways other than just giving your body vitamins and minerals. These whole foods contain phytonutrients, antioxidants, fiber, healthy oils, and acids that give them their vibrant flavors, colors, and immune-regulating properties. Your body uses the bioactive compounds found in fruits and vegetables to fight inflammation and harmful bacteria and support the function of your immune cells through a variety of processes.

I see that now people are buying all the canned foods, loads of meat and dairy, leaving fruits and veggies in shelves. It is making me sad, but on the other hand I hope that this and many other informational blog posts will spread the world, so people can now the importance of eating fresh food perfectly designed for our bodies.


If you are concerned about the virus out there right now, it only makes sense to keep your body healthy. Protect your lymphatic/immune system and avoid foods that create mucus in the body such as meat, dairy, eggs, etc.
